During your Bars class, you’ll receive the official Access Bars® manual, updated to the most recent global version, plus colour head charts that clearly show all 32 Bars points on the head.

This becomes your go‑to reference for running Bars on family, friends, and clients, and includes core tools, questions and notes you can revisit again and again as your awareness grows.

A one‑day Bars class is known for creating a lot of change that it’s easy to miss the gems.

The class will be professionally recorded for your personal use, and you’ll receive access after class so you can re‑listen, take deeper notes, and allow the clearings and conversations to contribute to you again and again.

Many participants share that the second or third listen unlocks a completely new level of ease and possibility in their lives

Alongside learning the Bars technique, you’ll be introduced to some of the most dynamic core tools of Access Consciousness®

These tools are designed to empower you to create change long after class, whether you’re in a session, at work, play sports, parenting, or simply navigating daily life

In addition to Access Bars, you’ll be guided through selected body processes that complement your Bars practice and invite your body into deeper ease.

These hands‑on energetic processes support your nervous system, help your body discharge stress and tension, and open the door to more kindness, peace and calm with your body.

Your Bars class is the beginning, not the end!

After class you’ll be invited into our local WhatsApp groups, including a Bars Swap network and a Southern Africa Access group, where you can ask questions, share, and find people to trade sessions with.

You’ll also receive information on regular gifting & receiving evenings, online resources, and suggested next classes like The Foundation, so you always know what’s possible.

On completion of the full one‑day class, you receive an official Access Bars® Practitioner certificate recognised worldwide by Access Consciousness.

This means you can begin offering Bars sessions as a professional service, list yourself as a practitioner on the Access Consciousness website (if you choose), and use your new skill to contribute to clients, loved ones, teams or communities.

Your practitioner status is valid for two years and can easily be renewed by attending another qualifying Access class.

Whether you choose to add Bars to an existing practice or begin something entirely new, you leave class with a tangible qualification and a world of possibilities.

Children and teenagers are welcome in this class, and often take to Bars with a natural ease.

Kids 15 and under can attend free with a paying adult, and teens 16–17 attend at a reduced fee, in alignment with the global Access Consciousness youth pricing policy.

There is also a dedicated Youth Bars manual available, designed in colour and written in a way that speaks directly to our infinite beings in little bodies.

Access Consciousness uses a Global Pricing System so that Bars classes are priced consistently and fairly around the world.

Your class fee is based on where you live and work, not where the class is held, and all registrations are completed via the official Access Consciousness website to ensure you receive the correct pricing for your country.

Once you’ve taken a full Bars class, you also receive lifetime repeat-pricing for future Bars classes with any facilitator worldwide—typically 50% of the standard class price.
